Ntsako Mgiba

Ntsako Mgiba is a venture builder, serial tech entrepreneur, and ecosystem leader, best known as the founder of Darkies in Tech, a high-trust community focused on advancing access and opportunity for Black founders in South Africa’s tech ecosystem. Drawing on his experience in venture building and startup support, Ntsako works closely with founders to bridge critical gaps in funding, markets, talent, knowledge, and community. Through intentional, non-performative inclusion, he champions resilient venture creation, narrative change, and the systemic redistribution of opportunity, capital, and networks across the ecosystem.
